About YEIDA

The government agency in charge of infrastructure development and construction is the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority also known as YEIDA. The program offers plots ranging in size from 5 to 50 acres. The YEIDA Mix Land Use plots are designed to support a mix of commercial development, institutional institutions, and industrial operations. By encouraging effective land use and minimizing the need for lengthy trips, this integrated strategy seeks to create a self-sustaining environment. Required Documents

  • A chartered accountants (C.A.) certified net worth certificate with UDI local employment details (%) and
  • The applicant’s signature on business letterhead. 
  • A liquidity certificate issued by any scheduled or nationalized bank. 
  • Functional Certificate photocopy (only if the business has many locations in Delhi-NCR).
  • Listing of Current Directors and Shareholders with UDIN-certified C.A.s, along with the category (SC/ST/Physically Challenged/Women), if any.
  • Last three years’ audited balance sheets and financial statements: FY 2023–2024

  • Turnover Statement using the audited balance sheet, verified by a qualified public accountant, for the last three years (FY 2023–24, 2022–23, and 2021–22). 

Important Dates

  • Beginning on May 8, 2025, people will be able to submit applications for the YEIDA Mix Land Use plan. 
  • The YEIDA Mix Land Use scheme application form must be completed by May 29, 2025. 

Payment of Installment for Allotted Plots

  • 60% of the entire premium amount for the plot must be paid in four equal half-year payments, with interest at a rate of 10.5% annually. 
  • If the schedule is not followed, there will be 13.5% yearly interest on the amount that was not paid, coupled with an extra 30% punitive interest that is compounded semiannually with relevant GST. 
  • Depositing the required installment on time is the allottee’s obligation and responsibility. 

Application Processing Fee

  • Within 60 days of the allocation letter’s issue, 40% of the plot’s total premium amount—after deducting registration fees—will be paid without interest. 
  • For the processing expenses of mortgage approval, INR 5000 plus relevant GST is required.

YEIDA Mix Land Use Application Process

  • STEP 1: Using a challan from Nivesh Mitra, the citizens must first pay ₹25,000 + GST as a non-refundable processing cost using the YEIDA site or RTGS/NEFT.

  •  STEP 2: Using the same portal, citizens must pay a refundable registration fee equal to 10% of the entire premium. 
  • STEP 3: The residents are now required to use the official website to submit their documentation and application. 
  • STEP 4: The applications will be examined by the authorities, who will promptly reject those that are deemed to be inaccurate or insufficient. 
  • Step 5: Completed applications are reviewed; those with a score of 65% or above are invited to present their projects and participate in interviews. 
  • Step 6: Within 60 days after receiving the allotment notice, if chosen, deposit 40% of the total plot premium (after deducting registration fees).
  • STEP 7: You can choose to pay the entire amount in advance. Registration money is forfeited, and cancelation occurs if payment is not made on time.
