What is YEIDA Plot Scheme (08A/2024)?
YEIDA plot scheme (08A/2024) was launched in October 2024 as a Diwali gift. Under the plot scheme created by the YEIDA authorities, there are a total of 344 plots available under Sector 24a in Noida and 477 plots available in Sector 18’s blocks 9A and 9B. The plots under the scheme will come in four sizes which are 120 square meters (sqm), 162 sqm, 200 sqm, and 250 sqm. The applications for the same were received from 31st October to 30th November 2024. The draw will happen on 27th December 2024 however the final list of applications is also published on the official website.
