The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is launching a residential plot scheme on October 31, during Diwali, featuring 821 plots near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar. Plot sizes are 120, 162, 200, and, for the first time, 250 square meters. Of these, 344 plots are available in Sector 24A, and 477 in Sector 18’s blocks 9A and 9B. This follows a high demand seen in a previous scheme in September, where over 200,000 applications were submitted for 361 plots in the same area. The scheme aims to provide opportunities for buyers interested in building homes close to the airport, which is expected to open by April 2025. All necessary approvals are in place, including a registration certificate from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Applications close on November 30, and the allocation will be decided by a draw on December 27, 2024.
