But for 2024-25, the Telangana Traffic Department has made no fresh announcement for TS E Challan Discount. if you are getting this type of message or notification so do not believe in it. However, the Telangana Traffic Department has opened this facility from December 26 to January 10, 2024, but for the year 2025 there is no discount is available now. Note:- TS E Challan Discount Program is closed now. There is no fresh notification available for opening it for the year 2025. The Hyderabad Traffic Police also clear that if you get a massage regarding the discount on pending Traffic challans do not believe in it because it is fake and misleading.
What is TS E Challan Discount?
The traffic police of Hyderabad on 22nd December 2023 have announced to provide a discount in challans. All those citizens who have pending challans can pay their challans at a discounted rate from 26 December 2023 to 10th January 2024. Beneficiaries will be able to clear their challan through the challan website. The discount on the challan will be divided according to the category of the vehicle. Beneficiaries are required to pay at least 25% of the challan amount under the scheme. The remaining amount will be waived. To avail benefit of this scheme beneficiaries are required to pay the challan through the official website. This scheme will save a lot of time and money and will also bring transparency to the system. Citizens will also be motivated to clear their pending challans.
