Under this initiative, 26,502 housing units will be available at prices significantly lower than market rates. The scheme aims to support financially unstable citizens of Maharashtra, ensuring access to affordable homes. Eligible beneficiaries must belong to the EWS or LIG categories and register to avail the benefits. This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to improving living conditions for underprivileged citizens in the state.
What is Navi Mumbai CIDCO Lottery?
The Navi Mumbai CIDCO Lottery is an affordable housing initiative by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO), aimed at providing homes for citizens in need.
