The DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025 was launched by DDA for giving homes to people and around 7500 flats are being offered in areas like Narela, Siraspur and Loknayakpuram where many people can live. The scheme was started on 20th May 2025 and the registration was also begun on the same day, but the flat booking is to be started from 27th May at 12 noon sharp, so people should be ready fast. The homes are being given on First Come First Serve basis and the scheme will be closed on 26th August 2025. Only Indian citizens is allowed and everything is to be done online.

The DDA Housing Scheme was started by Delhi Development Authority and it is made for helping people who don’t have proper houses, so that they can live better in Delhi with their families. Eligibility Criteria
Here are the rules to apply for DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana:
- The applicant should be a citizen of India.
- He or she should be at least 18 years old on the last date of form submission and must be able to sign legal papers too.
- It is not stopped if someone already owns a land or a house in Delhi, they can still apply.
- If someone wants to apply for EWS flat, then his or her family income must not be more than Rs. 10 lakh in one year, and this is checked separately for both main and co-applicant.
- For other types of flats, there is no rule for income, and anyone can apply if they can afford.
- The income is counted for both husband and wife if married, and this is called family income.
- A savings bank account must be there in the name of the person who is applying, and that bank detail has to be filled in the form.
- PAN card must be there and the number should be written in the form, because it is needed.
- If applying with someone under Divyangjan rule, then the main person must be from that category and the other person should be from the same family like parents, children, husband or wife, or blood relative.
- It is better if co-allottee is added at the start in the form and not later, because it becomes easy.

- The number of flats can be changed when scheme gets started, and flats in a place or zone may also be shifted if not enough available, and this is done by Vice-Chairman of DDA who also change Annexure-A, and flats will be given slowly, not all at one time, if demand is there.
- Plinth area is including common space also, and it can be not same in every flat, and final price will be told only after checking the exact plinth area of that flat.
- The cost shown is not total because water charge and convert charge is not inside that price, and they need to be paid later.

- Affidavit (attested) certifying citizenship, age, etc., as per Annexure ‘B’
- Undertaking (attested) on no alterations and RWA formation, as per Annexure ‘C’
- Any one identity proof: Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.
- Any one address proof matching application: Aadhaar, bills, bank passbook, etc.
- Self-attested PAN card copy of allottee, co-allottee, and spouse (if any)
- Loan sanction letter attested by bank manager (if applicable)
- Bank statement showing margin money transfer (if applicable)

To Apply Online for DDA Apna Ghar Awas Yojana, please follow these below steps carefully:
- Step 1: All the eligible applicants of the scheme, visit the DDA Website to apply for the scheme.

- Step 2: Once you reach the homepage, click on “DDA APNA GHAR AWAAS YOJNA 2025” option to proceed further.
- Step 3: On another page you have to click on “Create Login” to register yourself under this Apna Ghar Awas Yojana.

- Step 4: Registration form will appear on your screen, you have to carefully fill out the form, once you have completed the form click on “Request for OTP” button.
- Step 5: You will receive the OTP on your given mobile number, then you have to enter this OTP in the given space to proceed further for application process.
