YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 was launched by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. This scheme is to make industry and residential houses on the same land. With the help of this scheme, the workers of any industry can live on the same land as the industry which will help them to reduce the time of travelling. A single individual cannot apply for the YEIDA scheme only eligible firms or any industry with a valid GST registration can apply for this scheme. To apply for the scheme the applicant must download the brochure from the official website and submit it to the Nivesh Mitra portal with the application fees.
YEIDA Mix Land Use Plot Scheme
To provide facilities and reduce the timing travelling time of the workers in the industry YEIDA authority launched the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024. Under this scheme, the industrialists can use 75% of their land for industrial work and the other 25% will be used for residential and other purposes. The opening date of the Plot Scheme 2024 is the first of January 2024. Any eligible organisation or firm can apply for the scheme 2024 before the last date of 22 January 2024. To apply for the scheme the organisation must have a valid GST certificate from the government.

Processing Fee
- Non-refundable/non-adjustable processing fee of INR 25,000/- plus applicable GST shall be deposited through the online portal of YEIDA or RTGS/NEFT by generating challan from the portal.
Period of Lease
- The lease period under the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 is 90 years.
YEIDA Plot Scheme Allotment Process
- The allotment will be done based on the marks obtained in the objective parameters.
- 60% marks in the parameter will be considered for the allotment of the plots.
- The applicant will be called for the project presentation based on their marks.
- Unsuccessful applicants will be refunded the registration amount deposited without interest within three months from the date of announcement of successful applicants through e-banking/RTGS/NEFT.
- The YEIDA may, without assigning any reason, add one or more plots in the scheme and/or withdraw any one or all of the plots from the scheme at any stage.
- The size of the plot may be increased or decreased.
- The YEIDA may accept or reject any offer or cancel the scheme, and its decision on this behalf shall be final and binding on the applicants.
- There will be no correspondence on issues/grounds raised by Disqualified applicants.
