RTPS Service Plus Registration Process
- To register you have to rush to the RTPS website of the RTPS Bihar and other services (ServicePlus portal)
- From the home page of the portal, you have to go to the citizen service section
- Now you have to choose the register yourself option and the registration form will open on the screen
- Enter the name, email id, mobile number, password, state, and captcha code shown on the screen
- Thereafter press submit button and enter the code you receive via SMS or email
- Press verify button and follow the screen to complete the registration

Procedure To Recover Password
- To recover the password, you have to rush to the official website of the RTPS Bihar and other services (ServicePlus portal)
- From the home page of the portal, you have to go to the citizen service section
- Now you have to choose forgot password option and pop up window will open
- Now enter the login id in the given space and the captcha code
- You will receive an email, enter the security code and change your password
- Re-enter the password and hit the final submit button
Track Application Status
- To track your application status, you have to rush to the official website of the RTPS Bihar and other services (ServicePlus portal)
- From the home page of the portal, you have to go to the citizen service section
- Now you have to choose the track application status option
- Pop up window will open on the screen where you have to choose one of the following options
- Through Application Reference Number
- Through OTP/Application Details
- Enter the details as per your choice and press submit button
- As you click your application status will appear on the screen
Process To Download Certificate
- To download the certificate, you have to rush to the official website of the RTPS Bihar and other services (ServicePlus portal)
- From the home page of the portal, you have to go to the citizen service section
- Now you have to choose the download certificate option
- As you click a new page will open on the screen
- Now you have to select the service type, Application Ref. Number and Applicant Name
- Press “download certificate” button and choose the certificate you desire to download
- As you hit certificate will open on the screen, you may click the download button to download it or take the print out

- From the home page of the portal, you have to go to the “RTPS Services” column given under Apply online on the left-hand side of the home page
- Now, you need to go to “General Administration Department” and click on it
- Choose the “Issuance of income certificate” option & further list will open from where you have to choose one of the following
