- Step 2: After arriving at the official website’s main page, residents need to find and select the “apply for a new ration card” option.
- STEP 3: The application form will now show up on your desktop screen. The citizens must begin entering their address information to complete the form.
- STEP 4: Odisha state residents first provide their current residential address, permanent residential address, and length of stay at the current residence under the address details section.
- Step 5: After providing their information, individuals can select “next” to access the next page.
- Step 6: A new page will now show up on your desktop screen for residents to enter their PDS information and ration card data, including the sort of ration card they wish to apply for.
- STEP 7: The residents can click “next” to get to the next page after inputting their PDS and ration card information.
- STEP 8: The citizens are required to fill out the following sheet with information about their family members: complete name, gender, DOB, relationship to the family’s eldest lady, EPIC number, Aadhar enrollment number, father’s name, and spouse’s name.
- STEP 9: To go to the next page, citizens can select the “next” button after providing this data.
- Step 10: Your desktop screen will display the last page. The citizens must fill it out with all the information, such as the distribution company, electrical division, electricity consumer number, owner of the energy connection, proof of domicile, proof of identity, mobile number, etc.
