To do Telangana Ration Card e-KYC Online, applicant needs to follow these step:-
- Step 1:- first of all, applicant needs to go to the EPDS Telangana.
- Step 2:– After that applicant needs to visit the e-KYC section located specifically under the ‘Ration Card Services’, ‘e-Services’ or ‘Update Details’ section on the homepage.
- Step 3:- Now, needs to enter the ration card number, please make sure to check that the mobile number linked with Aadhaar is active.
- Step 4:- An One-Time Password (OTP) is triggered on your registered mobile number.
- Step 5:– Enter the OTP on the registered portal to further verify your Aadhaar.
- Step 6:- Once the OTP is verified successfully, your e-KYC will be completed.
eKYC Offline Process

- First of all, applicant need to go to offline government office or nearest ration card shop to do e-KYC
- Bring the original ration card and Aadhaar card along with you.
- Once you reaches the shop, then needs to request the FPS dealers to initiate the e-KYC process through e-POS. .
- After that applicant needs to give your biometrics, such as fingerprint and Iris, through e-POS.
- Once the biometrics details are verified, the e-KYC process will be completed.
