The minister further disclosed that DESW has given the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund (AFFDF) Rs 320 crore to finish outstanding applications for Raksha Pension Shikayat Nivaran Portal, including education for ESM dependent children and grants for widows to get married. 1,66,471 ESMs will gain from this (the allotment of Rs 320 crore).
