The following processes should be followed for new Oasis Scholarship registrations:

- From the list, select your District, and then press the SUBMIT button. The Validation of CASTE CERTIFICATE page will load on the following page.
- Provide the Caste Certificate Number, Issuing Date, and Choose the appropriate type (Computerized Caste Certificate or Acknowledgement Number has been issued online via castcertificatewb.gov.in (Only for Pre-matric scholarship)), fill out the captcha, and then click the SUBMIT button. Following submission, a form to enter student information will appear on the following page.
- Next, fill out your address, occupation, monthly income information, father’s name, and full name.
- On the following page, change your birthdate, cast, sub-caste, current institution name, phone number, and email.
- Insert a scanned photo into the form and press SUBMIT button.

- 4. Next, fill out the Captcha and click the log in option after entering your User ID and Password from the previous year’s scholarship application.
- 5. After logging in, check the scholarship information you already supplied and make any necessary changes.
- 6.After you have double-checked and updated all of the information, click the Renew Application option. To enter your academic information for the current year, a new page will open.
- 7. Complete all the necessary fields, then click the Renew and Lock application option to submit your request for a scholarship renewal.
