To provide free health checkups and medical examinations to all the financially unstable citizens of Haryana state, the Haryana state government launched the NIROGI Haryana Yojana. The scheme was launched by the Hon’ble President of India Smt Droupadi Murmu in the Kurukshetra district of Haryana state. With the help of this Yojana the financially unstable citizens of Haryana state will get proper medical checkups from specialist doctors. About NIROGI Haryana Yojana
The Chief Minister of Haryana state Mr Manohar Lal Khattar launched the NIROGI Haryana Yojana to provide health checkups to all the financially unstable citizens of Haryana state. By launching this scheme Haryana state becomes the first state in India to conduct large-scale comprehensive health check-ups of 1,21,54,119 beneficiaries belonging to 30,59,566 Antyodaya families. The health screening under the NIROGI Yojana will be conducted once in two years. To make the process of medical checkup easy the Haryana state authorities have divided the population of Haryana state into 6 categories.

The objective of NIROGI Haryana Yojana
The main objective of launching the scheme is to provide medical checkups to the citizens of Haryana state for free. All the citizens of Haryana state who are financially unstable and cannot afford to go to a doctor can avail the benefits of this scheme without worrying about financial troubles. With the help of this scheme, the Haryana government can identify any major disease among the citizens of Haryana state.
