The carpet area of all the Flats available under the scheme ranges from 37.97-39.92 Sq.Mt. The citizens of Maharashtra state who belong to the MIG and LIG categories will be able to purchase flats under the scheme. The citizens must fill out the application form before the last date, which is 11th August 2025, to avail of the benefits of the scheme.
