Department of Social Justice And Special Assistance
Eligibility –
This scholarship for post-matriculation study was primarily created at the initiative of Maharashtra’s special assistance and social justice departments. Students will mostly receive assistance from this in the form of exam expenses, tuition, education fees, allowances, and maintenance payments for many. It will assist students from low-income families in finishing their education so that they can move on to a certain career category and start a new life for themselves and their families. As they can continue their chosen course of study and support their family by taking a job, it may also lower the likelihood that they will drop out of school. Eligibility for the Tribal Department of Development
Four scholarship categories have been developed by the tribal development department, including post-matriculatory scholarships through the Mahadbt scholarship options. Only those who fall under one of the scheduled caste categories may apply. In this regard, students majoring in biotechnology, engineering, architecture, and other technical fields have two types of scholarship options available to them through the Directorate of Technical Education. As part of the programme, students will receive a variety of financial aid, making it simple for them to finish their study as planned and find employment with the company of their choosing. There are eligibility requirements for it, but they can easily enrol in the chosen stream without any financial difficulty. In the section of the article that follows, several of them are listed.
Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojana
- Only residents of Maharashtra may register for the programme with a residential proof.
- Indian applicant – Only Indian applicants are qualified to apply for the programme.
- Only “Bonafide students of the Institute” are eligible for the technical and professional courses under this student category.
- Students from no deemed universities may apply. Applicants from no deemed universities may apply for the scholarship programme.
- Admission via CAP – In order to profit from the programme, one must be admitted via the centralised admission process, or CAP.
- Benefits Mahadbt Scholarship – A candidate is not permitted to use all of the benefits from scholarships at the same time.
- Only two children from a family may receive advantages from the scholarship programme and enrol in the course of their choosing.
- Annual income: To demonstrate that one is qualified to receive benefits under the scheme, one must provide appropriate annual income information and documentation, which should not exceed Rs. 8 lakhs.
- Information on attendance: To be qualified for the program’s advantages, a candidate must be present for at least 50% of the class.

Eligibility For Directorate Of Higher Education
A student may apply for this scholarship programme if they intend to gain from higher education. The candidate will receive sufficient financial support, allowing them to pursue the educational path of their choice. - For those enrolled in government and non-government programmes whose yearly family income is up to Rs. 2.5 lakh, 100% of the course fee will be reimbursed.
- 50% of the tuition for government and private courses is waived for students whose family income is up to Rs. 8 lakhs per year.
- Both 50% and 100% of the tuition for any professional and non-professional courses would be waived for the students.
Junior Level Assistance to Meritorious Students Scholarship
- The junior-level AMS scholarship would be worth up to Rs. 3000, while the senior-level scholarship would be worth up to Rs. 7000.
Education Assistance for Children of Veterans
A grant of Rs. 445 would be provided for books and college clothing.
Eklavya Fellowship
The approved students under the programme would receive a scholarship worth Rs. 5000.
Government of the State Open Merit Scholarship
