Karnataka Janasevaka Scheme 2024 Online Application Procedure
To apply for Karnataka Janasevaka Scheme online you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- You will first have to visit the Karnataka Janasevaka website of the organization by clicking on the link given here
- The home page will open on your screen
- You have to click on the option called Book Slot
- The booking page will be displayed on your screen
- Select the service name
- Check the fees
- And Check the list of the supporting documents
- Check time slot availability
- Finally, book a time slot
- Enter your name and mobile number
- Enter your address details
- Select the appointment date
- Select the appointment time
- Click on the option called Book Slot
Application Procedure Call Centre
To apply for this program by using the call centre then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- First of all, you will have to place a call on the toll-free number given below 08044554455
- The call centre executive will attend your call
- You will have to request your specified service
- The executive will explain the details of the service such as documents required, service fees,s, and other related things.
- You will have to give a confirmation to the executive about the service that you want to take
- The slot will be booked in your name
- An OTP would be sent to the registered mobile number of the citizen.
- This OTP is required to be shared with Jana Sevaka at the time of service delivery.
- After the confirmation of the booking, Jana Sevaka will be assigned to fulfil the service at that particular slot.
- Jana Sevaka will visit the citizen’s homes on the requested date and time.
- You will have to share the OTP that you got at the time of the confirmation of the service.
- The executive will then assist the citizen in filling out the service application form.
- And the executive will also scan and upload any document required
- The executive will collect the service fee along with the department fee required to avail of the service.
- You will be getting an acknowledgment slip or acknowledgment tax on your registered mobile number.
- Finally, the executive will deliver the document to the citizen’s home.
- The citizens are free to give feedback to the executive.
Application Procedure Mobile App
If you want to register yourself using the mobile application you will have to follow the simple:-
- You have to download the mobile application.
- Go to Android Play Store or Apple Store and download Mobile One App. Log on to the mobile app and click on Jana Sevaka
- Citizens can see the list of available services on the app. On Clicking the service required, service details (documents required, service fee etc) will be displayed
- Once Citizen confirms, available slots will be displayed to the citizen. Citizens can book any of the available slots based on their convenience. Once the slot is booked, an OTP will be sent to the city which has to be shared with Jana Sevaka at the time of service delivery.
- After booking confirmation, Jana Sevaka will be assigned to fulfill that slot. Jana Sevaka will visit the citizen’s home on the requested date and time. Once the citizen shares the OTP with Jana Sevaka, he/she will assist the citizen in filling out the application form. He/she will also scan and upload any document required to avail of the service
- Jana Sevaka will collect the Service fee along with the department fee required to avail of the service
- Citizens will get an acknowledgment via SMS on their mobile
- Once the application is processed by the concerned department, Jana Sevaka will deliver the certificate/NOC/Permission/License etc to citizen’s home
- After service is completed, feedback will be sought from citizens for further improvement of service delivery
