Kalia Yojana Payment Release
The chief minister of Odisha state Mr Naveen Patnaik has released the payment under the 11th installment of the Kalia Yojana. The Odisha state government has disbursed INR 1,293 crore to 46 lakh farmers under the Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA) Yojana. Out of the total amount INR 933 crores have been transferred directly to 45.67 lakhs farmers in Odisha state bank account. The additional financial assistance of more than INR 360 crore was disbursed for 18,03,401 eligible landless agricultural households. This scheme will uplift the social status and standard of living of the farmers of Odisha state by providing financial assistance.
