Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for this scheme:-
- The applicant must be a permanent and legal resident of Karnataka state.
- The applicant must be a permanent and serving State Government employee.
- The employees who have already taken retirement are not eligible for this scheme.
- Those persons who are working in aided an autonomous institution without a KGID number linked to the HRMS database are not eligible to apply under this scheme
- The police department also cannot apply under this scheme as there is a separate Health insurance Scheme for police employees known as the police Arogya Bhagya scheme

- The beneficiaries have to update their and their dependent details in the HRMS database of e-governance under DPAR.
- The candidates have to carry their KGID number and Aadhar card ID to get cashless treatment in the impaneled hospitals.
