Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old on the date of application.
- The applicant must have an active personal bank account throughout the scheme’s duration.
- The applicant, their spouse, or dependents should not own any residential property in urban areas of Rajasthan with a population over 1,00,000.
- The applicant should not have received land or a house at a concessional rate from JDA in the last 10 years.
- The total annual income of the applicant and their family (husband, wife, and dependents) will be based on the financial year 2023-24.
- Applicants who file income tax returns must submit their ITR/Form 16 and PAN card as part of the income certificate.
Applicants can apply under only one reserved category:
- 10% for government employees and employees of government undertakings
- 2% for recognized journalists
- 2% for transgender individuals
- 10% for military personnel (including ex-servicemen and their families)
- 5% for persons with disabilities
- 5% for the general public
- 10% for orphaned or single women, including widows of martyrs or their dependents
- Regular employees of state government/undertakings/government agencies on probation are also eligible.
- All applicants must follow the reservation criteria set by the Urban Development and Housing Department.
