Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old on the date of application.
- The applicant must have a personal bank account, which should be active during the scheme’s duration.
- The applicant, along with their spouse or any dependent, should not own any residential land or house (leasehold or freehold) in any urban area of Rajasthan with a population exceeding 1,00,000.
- The applicant should not have been allocated any house or land at a concessional rate by the Jaipur Development Authority in the past 10 years.
- The total annual income of the applicant and their family (husband, wife, and dependents) will be based on the financial year 2023-24.
- For applicants who file income tax returns, they must include a copy of their ITR/Form 16 and PAN card as part of their income certificate.
The applicant can apply only under one reserved category:
- 10% for central or state government employees and employees of government undertakings
- 2% for recognized journalists
- 2% for transgender individuals
- 10% for military personnel (including ex-servicemen and their families)
- 5% for persons with disabilities
- 5% for the general public
- 10% for orphaned or single women, including widows of martyrs or their dependents
- Regularly selected employees of state government/undertakings/government agencies on probation are also eligible to apply.
- All applicants must adhere to the specific reservation criteria set by the Urban Development and Housing Department.
