About JDA Housing Scheme 2024
If you are not able to get housing facilities in Jaipur then you can apply for the Jaipur Development Authority JDA Housing Scheme which is presented by the organization to provide proper opportunities related to flats and housing facilities for the residents who are not able to pay the full amount for flats or residential plots. There are more than 300 residential plots available for the lower-income group and middle-income group categories and 194 plots are available in Mohan Lal Sukhadia Nagar, Dahmikhurd, Ajmer Road, and 165 Plots in Priyadarshini Nagar Estuary, Sanganer. The plots will be provided to all of the beneficiaries based on a lottery system so the winner will be chosen randomly by the concerned authorities.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant followed the following eligibility criteria to apply for this scheme:-
- To apply for LIG- The annual income of the applicant’s family must Rs. 300000/-
- To apply for LIG-B annual income of the applicant’s family must in between Rs. 300000/- to Rs. 600000/-
- To apply for the MIG category annual income of the applicant’s family must in between Rs. 600000/- to Rs. 1000000/-
- The applicant must be a resident of the Rajasthan state
- The age of the applicant is must be 18 years
- The bank account must on the name of the applicant
- The applicant or his/ her wife/ husband or dependent must not have any residential house in any area of the state.
- JDA must not allow any plot/ house in the name of the applicant in the past 10 years.
