Objective Of Inspire Scholarship
The main objective of the Department of Science and Technology behind starting the Inspire Scholarship program is to aware the youth of the country about the excitement of the creative pursuit of science and to attract talented students towards scientific study at an early age, so that build the required critical human resource pool for strengthening and expanding the Science and Technology system and R&D base.
Benefits Of Inspire Scholarship
- Science students who are going to pursue bachelor’s or master’s degree-level courses are going to benefit
- Beneficiaries will get a monthly scholarship of rupees 5000
- Students will also get a mentorship grant of rupees 20000 per annum

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must have passed 12th standard examination with top rank (cut-off as mentioned below) and going to pursue under graduation or post-graduation degree program

- Applicants who have secured top thousand ranks in JEE, AIPMT, NEET and presently going to pursue natural and basic science courses in India at BSc, BS, Int. M.Sc/ MS level

- National talent search examination scholars, Jagdish Boss National Science talent search scholars, and International Olympiad medalists who are going to pursue bachelors/masters level courses in natural and basic science

Inspire Scholarship 2024 Application Procedure
- To apply for the scheme, you have to visit the Inspire website of the Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research, Department of Science and Technology
- From homepage of the portal, you have to go to the sign in section
- Choose register here option given in front of the new user
- The registration form will open on the computer screen you need to provide the following details
- Salutation
- Name
- Gender
- Mobile number
- Date of birth
- Email ID
- Confirm email ID
- Password
- Confirm password
- The scheme as scholarship SHE
- Identification detail (select anyone)
- Aadhar card
- Aadhar enrollment ID
- Bank details
- Capture code
- Now press the submit button and you will see your successful registration message on the screen
- Now complete the application form appears on the screen
- Upload all the significant documents as mentioned above
- Review your application, submit it, and don’t forget to take a printout of the field application for further reference.
Note: you need not submit any Print application to the authorities. You may take the printout for your reference
