About Gunotsav Assam 2024
Gunotsav Assam has been launched by the government of Assam. It is a state government initiative to improve the quality of School Education. Under the initiative, the government will analyze schools based on 4 core areas which are learning outcomes for children, co-socialistic, infrastructure, and community participation. These areas will be evaluated by the government and schools will be graded according to their performances. With the implementation of the scheme, the gaps in learning will be identified and appropriate remedial measures will be taken to improve learning outcomes for all the children. This scheme will be implemented in a phased manner. The fifth round of the scheme will be scheduled from January to February 2024
