Govt Approved Rs 75000 Crore Under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana

The Government of India approved INR 75000 crores under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. To encourage the citizens of India use solar energy for their day-to-day purpose of electricity the Union Cabinet of India has approved the budget of INR 75000 crore under the PM Surya Ghar Bijli Yojana. Under the scheme, households opting for solar rooftops can benefit from a ₹30,000 subsidy for 1 kW systems, a minimum of ₹60,000 for 2 kW systems, and a maximum of ₹78,000 for 3 kW systems or higher. All the applicants who want to avail the benefits of this scheme must fill out the application form on the official website.

The Union Cabinet of India has approved the total outlay of Rs 75000 Crore for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli.
