So that all the farmers will be able to get the benefit of this scheme. With the implementation of this scheme agriculture will be revolutionised. Other than that the financial inclusion will be enhanced among the farmers which will ultimately improve the financial status of the farmers. Under the scheme, easy short-term loans will be made available to the farmers. Till now the government has distributed around 140000 crore of insurance among the farmers under the scheme. Around 1.5 crore beneficiaries who are yet not connected to the scheme will be connected through this Abhiyan.
