About Scheme for Promotion of Registration of Employers and Employees (SPREE) 2025
The “Scheme for Promotion of Registration of Employers and Employees (SPREE)” is a one-time opportunity for unregistered employers and employees including contractual and temporary basis workers to enroll under ESIC framework without facing inspections or demands for past dues Under this scheme government encourage voluntary compliance by eliminating the fear of retrospective penalties and easing the process of registration within the specified timeline, thereby result in legal action and demand for backdated dues. This (SPREE) is only applicable for employees with 10 or more employees in establishments such as factories, shops, hotels, restaurants, road transport operation, private schools and colleges, hospitals, newspapers and contract staff of municipal corporations are currently not registered under the ESI act. - Applicants must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- Applicants must be an employee by profession.
- Applicants not enrolled in ESI act are eligible for the scheme.
