Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must reside in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, India, permanently.
- The candidate must be a woman.
- The females’ ages must be over 18.
- Voter ID cards must be current for the applicant.

- Applicants who are employed by the government or municipalities are not eligible to apply.
- Applicants who have paid income taxes of any kind are not eligible to apply.
