The Premium Housing Scheme 2025 was approved by DDA in a meeting which was led by LG VK Saxena on Friday and in this scheme 177 flats and garages are being offered in areas like Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola and Ashoka Pahari. These flats for HIG, MIG and LIG will be sold through e-auction and 67 car or scooter garages also has been included. Amalgamation charges for commercial properties was reduced from 10% to 1% of the circle rate. The auction price was also changed because earlier it was 2 times the circle rate, but now it has been reduced to 1.5 times only which is better for buyers.

The main purpose of DDA Premium Housing Scheme is to give good flats to people in Delhi who needs house in nice places. Flats has been made for HIG, MIG and LIG groups so more people can get homes. Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the housing scheme are as given below:
- The person should be a citizen of India who is living here.
- Age must be 18 years or more when the last date comes.
- For EWS people, income must not be more than Rs. 3 lakh and full family income should not cross Rs. 10 lakh in a year.
- Person can apply alone or with their wife, husband or family, but if both gets flat, only one can keep it.

- Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on “DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025” option to proceed further for the application process.
- Step 3: You will be redirected to another page where you should click on “Create Login” to register yourself under the portal.
- Step 4: The registration form will appear on your screen, fill out the form carefully, then click on “Request for OTP” button to move ahead.
- Step 5: Now you will receive the OTP on your given mobile number, enter the OTP in the given space to open the application form.
- Step 6: The application form will now appear on your screen, carefully fill out the form, and also upload the documents as are requested in the form.
- Step 7: Once you have filled out the form, verify it carefully before submitting it and check if there are no errors in the form.
- Step 8: You can now Submit the application form to complete the application process, after that you will receive the acknowledgment receipt, keep it safe with you for reference.
