DDA Housing Scheme:- The DDA Sabka Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 was started on January 6, 2025, and bookings began from January 15, 2025, on a first-come, first-served basis. Since many people showed interest, 828 more LIG flats are now being offered in Siraspur and Loknayakpuram. A special 25% discount is being given to disadvantaged groups to help them buy homes. The booking for these flats will be started on March 18, 2025, at 12:00 noon. The price of flats in Siraspur is between Rs. 17.4 lakh to Rs. 17.7 lakh, while in Loknayakpuram, it is between Rs. 27 lakh to Rs. 28.4 lakh. More families are now being given a chance to own a home.
DDA Announced 828 Flats
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched a new housing scheme, and the online booking process has also been started for those looking to buy a home. A total of 828 flats are being offered, where 624 LIG flats in Siraspur and 204 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram are included, so more families can get affordable housing. It is told that this scheme is different from the ‘Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme 2025’ and has been launched because many people needed homes. A 25% discount is also being given to disadvantaged groups, which will help them buy flats easily, and these will be sold on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.

Eligibility Criteria
People who can get these flats, should meet these eligibility criteria:
- Auto rickshaw and cab drivers, who had permits before 31.12.2024, are allowed.
- Street vendors and hawkers, if they are under the PM Svanidhi Scheme, can apply.
- Women, war widows, and ex-servicemen are also included in this scheme.
- Gallantry Award winners and Arjuna Award recipients will get a chance too.
- Persons with disabilities (Divyangjan) are given a fair chance to buy flats.
- People from SC/ST categories will be allowed under the scheme benefits.
