Flats are given by DDA Flat Booking to people living in Delhi through different housing schemes, which are launched from time to time. These flats are made in many places in Delhi and are sold in groups like EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG so that all types of people can buy. Poor and middle class people are mostly helped by these schemes because the flats are kept at low prices. The application is done online or sometimes at a bank branch, where the forms are also given. Dates and rules are set by DDA before starting the scheme, and it must be followed. Many people wait for these flats every year as they are built and sold by DDA.

DDA Flats
The DDA flats are houses that are made by the Delhi Development Authority to help Delhi people who don’t have their own homes and want to buy one at a low price. These flats are given to people from groups like LIG, MI, G, and HIG, so that poor and middle-class people can also get good homes. The flats are sold through a housing scheme, which is started by DDA many times a year. A lottery system is used, and it is done by computer, so the names are picked in a fair way, and no cheating is done. People are needed to follow the rules and dates set by DDA. Many families are helped by this and are living in these flats now.
