The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is launching a new housing scheme in Dwarka, which is called the DDA Dwarka Community Service Personnel Housing Scheme 2025, where 364 flats are being sold in Tower M, Sector 19B for the owners of Golf View Condo. To take part, registration needs to be done on the e-auction portal, and a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500/- must be paid, which cannot be adjusted later. For each flat, Rs. 2 lakh as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required, and this payment is made online through the e-payment gateway. Only after this, bidding is allowed, and all steps must be followed carefully.

About Delhi Development Authority (DDA)

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) was made in 1957 under the Delhi Development Act, and it is working under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. It is responsible for planning and making housing projects, commercial lands, and other infrastructures in Delhi. Master plans and zoning rules for the city’s growth are also prepared by it. Land is taken, managed, and then used for many purposes, like housing and roads. Many flats and apartments are built and sold under housing schemes for different people.

Public facilities such as bridges, water reservoirs, and green parks are also provided. Land pooling is also managed, where land is collected and shared again. Land costing work is also done by it.

Eligibility Criteria

To get a flat under this scheme, applicants must follow these given eligibility criteria:

  • Only those who legally own HIG, Super HIG, or Penthouse flats in Golf View Condo can apply.
  • Original allottees, their legal heirs, and buyers of these DDA flats with a registered Conveyance Deed are allowed.
  • Since only 364 flats are there but more than 1100 owners exist, each person can get only one flat, no matter how many they own.
  • Many flats can be applied for, but only one will be given, which gets the first highest bid.
  • If someone is not the legal owner, their flat will be canceled, and money paid will be taken.
  • All dues must be cleared on the original flat before getting an EWS flat.
  • Possession of the EWS flat will be given only after the possession letter of the original flat is received.

Note:

  • * The Plinth Area covers shared spaces too, and it might differ for each flat.
  • ** The demand letter for a flat will be given based on the eligible H1 bid received for that flat. So, the demand amount will be different for each flat, depending on the H1 bid amount.
