West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced the second installment of the Banglar Bari (Gramin) housing scheme, which is made to help poor families in villages, and Rs. 1.2 lakh is given to each family in two parts. The first part was given in December last year, and now the second installment of Rs. 7,200 crore is being transferred directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. A total of Rs. 14,400 crore has been spent by the government so far, and around 12 lakh families are benefited by this scheme. - Step 2: Once you are on the homepage of PFMS, click on the option that says “Know Your Payment” under “Payment Status” section, to proceed with the payment searching.

- Step 3: Now you should enter your bank name, account number, again enter the account number to confirm, and complete the word verification to proceed further.
- Step 4: After you have entered the details correctly, click on “Send OTP on Registered Mobile No” button and you will receive the OTP on your registered mobile number.
- Step 5: Then enter the OTP you have received on your registered mobile number for verification process.
- Step 6: Finally click on “Check Status” button to check your Banglar Bari Housing 2nd Installment Payment Online.

- Step 1: You have to go to the nearest bank branch where your account was already opened for receiving the Banglar Bari scheme money.
- Step 2: After reaching, you should tell the bank staff that you want to check if the installment money has been received in your account or not.
- Step 3: You may be asked to give your bank passbook or Aadhaar card by the bank people for verifying your details before they proceed with anything.
- Step 4: After your details get checked, the bank person will tell you whether the payment has been credited or not in your bank account.
- Step 5: If the money has been added, then it will be shown properly in your bank passbook or in the system when they check your account.
