- First of all, the property price will be checked

- After the estimated purchase of nonjudicial stamps from the authorities
- Need to bring all the documents to the sub-registrar office
- SRO will make a check slip based on the PDES data
- KYC will be filled out by the sub-registrar officer and get the fingerprints of the people who are signing up the documents
