Eligibility criteria

Procedure for processing at Mandal Revenue officer:
Step 1: Select the “Deepam Gas Connection” option located within the “Application Processing” section.
Step 2: On your desktop screen, a processing window will pop up for female citizens who need to choose “pending” from the options provided.
Step 3: On your computer screen, a list of requests that are waiting to be processed will be displayed; female citizens need to select their “application number”.
Step 4: The detailed request page will now show up on your desktop screen, and female citizens should download all the attached documents listed under the “attached documents” section.
Step 5: Next, female citizens need to review and modify all the fields that can be edited in the form, and then choose “Approve” in the Actions Taken section.
Step 6: Female citizens are required to input their oil company, gas agency, and comments before selecting the “submit” option.
Step 7: Upon approval, the customer will receive a message confirming that their request for a Deepan gas connection has been accepted. The message will include the application number and transaction number. The request has been approved.
Procedure for processing at Processing at Agency
Step 1: To finish the agency processing procedure, the agency should revisit the home page and select the “Deepam Gas connection requests” option.
Step 2: A processing window will pop up on your desktop screen, where female citizens need to input their starting and ending dates.
Step 3: The citizens now have to input their mandal and status before clicking on the “get details” option.
Step 4: Currently, all the items designated as “To be allotted” will be visible on the screen of your desktop. Female citizens have to select the request they wish to verify on the agency’s website.
Step 5: The agency officials send the application to the DSO with detailed explanations for the necessary corrections.
Step 6: In the absence of any alterations, choose the request for processing and input the date of connection issued, and consumer number, then click on the “submit” button.
Step 7: Next, the message “successfully updated” will be displayed on the screen of your computer.
Step 8: The application will now be transferred to the district supplier officer for any small adjustments.
Procedure for processing at district supply officer:
In the DSO process, the following facilities have to be provided.
a. Only Forwarded by Gas Agencies requests should appear in the login
b. In Case of Correction – The edit option should be provided to the following fields. Name, House No, Street, Village Name.
c. In Case of the Agencies change appear so that the DSO can select the correct one.
d. A provision provided to DSO to Re Forward the request forwarded by the Gas Agencies for the corrections.
Step 1: Select “Deepam Gas connection”. After the selection of “Deepam Gas connection, screen processing window will be displayed.
