A new program called Amader Para Amader Samadhan (Our Neighborhood, Our Solution) has been started by the state government to bring services near people’s homes. It will run from August 2 to November 3. The program was planned after the success of Duare Sarkar (Government at your Doorstep). Small problems of people will be heard and solved quickly at the booth level. One camp will be set up for every three booths, and around 27,000 camps are going to be arranged. People will tell their problems directly without any middle person. More than 80,000 booths are in the state. The officers were told to write all problems during the camps. Actions will be taken by the right departments. Everything will be managed on a computer for clarity.

Motive of Amader Para Amader Samadhan
The main motive of the scheme is to solve small problems of people by setting up camps near their homes, where one camp is arranged for every three booths. Problems like drains, roads, water, lights, toilets, schools, garbage, and ponds will be heard and solved. People will be allowed to tell their problems directly; no middleman will be needed. The whole work is being done online, so everything stays clear. Rs. 10 lakh is given for every booth, and work will be started within 90 days after the list is made.

Here we have provided the list of services under the scheme:
- Drainage: Open drains will be covered, soak pits will be made, and small bridges or culverts will be built on drains.
- Drinking Water Supply: Tube wells will be placed, water pipes will be laid, tanks will be set up, and clean drinking water will be arranged.
- Street Lighting: LED and solar lights will be installed on roads and public areas.
- Toilets: Public toilets will be built, mostly near markets, to keep the area clean.
- ICDS Center Development: Roofs will be fixed, water will be given, a kids’ play area will be made, and walls will be built for safety.
- Primary Schools: School walls will be painted, toilets repaired, drinking water will be provided, benches will be placed, and roofs fixed.
- Ponds: New ponds will be dug, and steps will be made for use by people.
- Waste Management: Garbage places will be made, and cleaning will be done regularly.
- Public Amenities in Open Spaces: Benches and sheds will be put in, and old community sheds will be fixed.
- Markets: Market stalls will be repaired, drains inside the market will be fixed, and lights will be installed.
- Cultural Initiatives: Small stages for events, flag hoisting places, festival spots, and community centers will be made.
- Public Transport: Sheds at bus and auto stands, footpaths, footbridges, ambulances, and other transport facilities will be provided.
- Greening: Open gyms in parks, tree base cementing, and benches in parks will be done.
- Electricity Services: Poles will be repaired, new transformers given, and electricity in schools and halls will be improved.
- Roads: Roads will be repaired and made better for travel.
- Others: Any other useful thing needed in the area will be looked after.

- Step 1: First of all, you have to visit the official website and find your nearby camp by choosing your district, block, ward, and booth properly, so the right location comes on screen.
- Step 2: Then you have to visit that camp on the mentioned date, and you should carry your Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Ration Card, and photo, as documents will be needed there.
- Step 3: When you reach the camp, the officer will ask for your basic details like name, mobile number, booth info, etc., and it will be noted in the form.
- Step 4: Then your name will be added to the camp register, and your enrollment application will be taken without any middleman.
- Step 5: After this, your request will be processed, and your enrollment under APAS will be done, and you will get a message or info from an officer if needed.
