STEP 2: The home page will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must login using their mobile number and password.
STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter their state, district, Aadhaar number, PMJAY scheme name, PMJAY ID, or Family ID. Activate your application by clicking the “Action” button.
STEP 4: Now the application form will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter all the details that are asked including their recent photo, Aadhar Card KYC, and other personal details.
STEP 5: After entering all the details the citizens must quickly review it and click on the option “submit” to complete their process.
Offline Process
STEP 1: All the senior citizens of India who want to avail the benefits of the 70 Years Old Ayushman Card a requested to visit the Closest Health and Wellness Center (HWC) to apply offline.
STEP 2: Once the citizens reach the center they must consult with the concerned official and tell the official their requirements.
STEP 3: The official will ask the citizen about various documents the citizens must give all their documents including their Aadhar card, ration card, mobile number, or biometric details.
STEP 4: Now the official will do the verification process and once the verification is done the citizens will receive their Ayushman card.
